712 5th Avenue is a 650ft (198m) tall skyscraper in New York City, New York. It was constructed from 1990 to 1991. It is the 53rd tallest building in New York City. The towers design had to accommodate the landmarked façades of the Coty and Rizzoli buildings at the base of the tower. It was purchased by the Bannister Trust in 2007 in a "Private Treaty", and placed in the Property Fund #1 managed by JP Morgan.
